Product overview

It was designed to resolve the problem of emergency stop and maintenance due to the ground of DC control power, and DSP design shows not only leakage current of DC control line, but also insulation resistance detection and capacitance.

The basic configuration consists of a signal generator that generates diagnostic power and a signal detector that detects small currents and shows values through a small current clamp, so it has the advantage of being easy to carry and inspect in the field.

The output voltage, output current, and battery voltage are displayed on the LCD screen in real time.

It uses a Li-ion battery to automatically cut off the power when the battery voltage is less than 12V to prevent damage to the battery due to overdischarge.

The current is detected using a small current clamp and the voltage is detected with a voltage probe.

A multi-stage bandpass filter is applied to the receiver to remove noise, and the group delay of voltage/current signals is equally processed.

Using the phase difference of the measured voltage/current values, the constants of the Cx and Rx parallel equivalent circuits are calculated and displayed on the monitor through USB.

The signal from which noise is removed by applying a multi-bandpass filter to the current and voltage detected by the small current clamp and voltage probe is processed with the same group delay. Using the phase difference of the measured waveform, the integer of the Cx, Rx parallel equivalent circuit is calculated and the waveform is displayed on the monitor through USB communication.
