HV Curve Tracer was developed to easily diagnose power devices and varistors in the field.
Diagnostic power semiconductor device
SCR, Diode, Zener, IGBT, TRIAC, MOSFET, Transistor, Varistor, ZNR, CNR, TVSS, DIAC, etc. It shows the I-V characteristic curve by observing the leakage current in the voltage range below 1300V.
